RWS Global is seeking Operations Attendants to support the management of our seasonal haunt experience. Operations Attendants provide crowd control and guest service, which includes safely and efficiently assisting guests who are entering or exiting the venue, assisting guests with ticketing, greeting guests, making announcements to the queue, answering questions regarding the experience and handling guest recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests into and out of queue and venue in a timely manner. Ensure guest safety before, during and after the experience. Monitor entry way and exits at all times.
• Communicate approved spiels to guests as directed, with the possibility of adding spontaneous changes.
• Maintain venue and queue cleanliness, as well as ensure proper set-up before and after each day. Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure Company and Client standards are maintained and safety policies for the experience are upheld.
• Direct guest traffic while being attentive to guests with special needs and/or guests with Executives/ VIP’s. Full awareness at all times in regards to guest flow and timing.
• Relay pertinent up-to-date experience information or changes to the Leadership team.
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Demands:

• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
• The noise level is generally moderate to high

Salary: $768/week
